I had a somewhat mixed experience at this hotel. The location, right on Wongduean beach, is stunning, but the service really left much to be desired. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms were lacking, which was disappointing. While I appreciated the view and comfortable beds, the overall service was very slow and the Wi-Fi was essentially non-functional.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. While the location is wonderful, right on the beach, the service left a lot to be desired. The Wi-Fi was non-existent, and the housekeeping was poorly managed, with our room not being cleaned until very late. The staff's communication skills in English were quite limited, which made things frustrating. I truly hope they can improve these areas for a better guest experience.
